Project marketing from strategy to delivery
Als projectontwikkelaar heeft Smarthome erg uiteenlopende projecten. Zo is het ene bijvoorbeeld toegankelijk en dichtbij een stadscentrum, maar een ander eerder luxueus en gelegen in de natuur. Daarvoor is dan ook een andere aanpak nodig.
Voor projecten zoals Monile, Morris en Koorn ging Smarthome te rade bij Hummingbirds voor een strategische aanpak. Wij tekenden de ideale doelgroep uit, bedachten een passende naam voor de projecten en verzorgden ook de overige communicatie.
Denderlink
Denderlink forms a link between the new Denderpark and the city center of Denderleeuw. The connectivity of the project can clearly be found in the branding, which also takes into account the green surroundings.
Monile
The name Monile can be read as ‘mon île’ or ‘my island’ in French. The futureproof project forms a unique green island in the center of Europe, since Haren is located near Brussels.
Morris
Different target groups can live in the stylish and comfortable Morris project. A real haven along the Dender in Erembodegem. The name Morris is a nod to the character from the books of Louis Paul Boon, who lived in this region.
Koorn
Koorn refers to the natural, rural location of the charming project in Denderhoutem. These assets, as well as the accessible and energy-efficient approach, are also reflected in the branding.
